I have been using the EFS for about 2.5 years now. The first time I used it I had pulled a hamstring playing soccer and I was limping around Justin's yard working (I ran a landscape maintenance company). He had told me about the EFS before and of course I was skeptical. But when he saw me limping and offered to let me use it I thought why not? It's at least worth a try. So that night after work I went over and used it for the first time. I really didn't feel much different after I used it. The next morning I woke up and went about my morning routine as normal. It wasn't till I was out working again that I noticed there was no pain when i walked! So I started stretching to see if I could feel any pain and sure enough if I stretched right I could still feel the injury. But I could walk and work pain free.
And the next day I couldn't even stretch to find the pain. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I went on to buy a machine. I play soccer year round 3-5 times per week as well as snowboard and wakeboard. I play hard. And I injure myself quite often. I have had bad ankles since middle school and I sprain them on a regular basis. With the EFS a sprain that would normally put me out for a month only keeps me out for about 10 days. I have also used it for knees, groin, and shoulder problems. My roommates use it when they are injured or feeling under the weather and my grandparents have since bought a machine which has greatly improved their quality of life. After a month of use my grandpa is able to walk 4 times farther before his legs get tired and his neck which has been giving him problems for 40 years has a much larger range of motion with less pain. It wasn't cheap but it is totally worth it. In 2.5 years it has been extremely reliable with no problems and consistent use. Worth it.
