Dear Justin,

My name is Katrina Radke.  I am an Olympic Swimmer, former American Record Holder, and former Co-Captain of the U.S. National Team.

I represented the United States for 7 years, 1985-1991.   As you know, I had to stop swimming in early 1990s due to not recovering from mononucleosis, and then being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS).  I spent most of the 1990s healing from this.  I began swimming again almost a year ago, just to see how I would handle exercise.  Thankfully, I have been blessed, and I am training well.   I am making a comeback for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and have already qualified for the U.S. Olympic Trials in Long Beach, CA July 8-14, 2004.   I know I have a lot to share about my own experiences, and through this healing process, I have become very interested in energy.

A few months ago, we met, and I have been using the EFS Machine regularly for the past two months.   I have noticed several things that have occurred since I have been on the machine.   The two most important things that I can summarize right here is that I notice my body rebalances itself to its homeostasis more quickly, and that my Ph is more alkaline, which is significant since training often gets my body acidic.   I believe that this machine helps my recovery time.   There are other things I believe it does on a spiritual, mental, and emotional level as well.

As we have discussed, I look forward to being a part of EFS and to working with the company as it helps the public understand its benefits, and help individuals take care of themselves in a new, unique way.   I am excited to keep using EFS as I train for the Olympic Trials, and for Athens Olympic Games in August 2004.

Feel free to contact me if you would like more information or have any specific questions. As always, thanks for all of your love and support.

Sincerely,

Katrina Radke
