– Positive Customer Feedback~Thank-you!

Hi Justin & Shannon, Thanks so much for fixing my bulb so quickly. I’m back up and running! I’d like to testify for the record that at 45, my serve (tennis) is harder now than it was when I was in college. Getting back into the sport 10 years ago, I immediately had rotator cuff problems that were common among my peers. They do their exercises, take advil every day and serve softer. I purchased the EFS-100 from you (2002?) and never looked back. No shoulder issues/rotator cuff issues whatsoever. Keep up the great work. Best wishes, Bill
