Let’s talk about… The MOST POWERFUL Analog Computer on Earth…
|
Hello – Luckily, it did not take long to get our feet back under us… Just in time for another round of fun… Before going into the present challenge we have been facing, I ‘d like to let you know a bit of history to help explain what Justin has been through and why we believe the EFS technology has given us the edge in positive results, despite the challenges faced. STROKE – Justin, our company President, and CEO, as many know suffered a deep brain full blown stroke in 2016. In the ER the night of his first symptom of numbness in his mouth he was told not to worry, it was only a minor stroke. But, when he woke up the next morning with symptoms of aphasia and total paralysis on his right side this changed to full blown, deep brain stroke with less than rosy prognosis. The bleak future depicted was 3 weeks in the hospital and for numerous therapy sessions with little hope for full normality in speech and ambulatory function. He checked himself out of the hospital that same day refusing to accept the doctor’s dreary prognosis, this was less than 24 hours after the first stroke symptoms has presented. After this bold move he defied his diagnosis and recovered most of what he had lost. He credits the EFS technology for a huge portion of his recovery and believes it did not let him down. He recovered almost entirely. He was the guest on two podcasts in the following weeks, 31 days post stroke on Hartman Radio and 45 days post stroke on the Bulletproof Video Podcast. UNDIAGNOSED HERNIA – Another part of this history that happened many years prior to the stroke was when Justin lifted a full 50-gallon drum off a truck by himself. He had been used to being used as the “forklift” on construction sites given his stature so thought nothing of lifting the drum off the truck bed. Little did he realize at the time that it was a big deal. What Justin learned later is that this lifting had caused a hernia injury, which had remained undiagnosed for years but had contributed to tremendously complicating his health challenges. By the time the hernia was diagnosed, a decade and a half later, his bladder had grown into the stomach wall at the hernia protrusion. The expected 90-minute surgery to repair this, lasted 4 ½ hours. UNNEEDED MAJOR SURGERY – The stroke and hernia surgery were major bumps in his road. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the last of it. This time it wasn’t Justin misjudging something, it was a radiologist, with the misjudgment leading to a major surgery that was not needed. He then faced unnecessary open chest surgery where they crack the sternum and open the rib cage, complete with added heart and lung approximately 3” deep incision prep in his groin. All due to a misdiagnosed double aortic aneurism thought to have been the result of extreme hypertension. Factor in the still undiagnosed hernia, these issues now bombed his overall health. ONGOING HEALTH EVENTS – At this point, Justin’s health had reached its limit in enduring. And this is not just our personal opinion. All during this time the doctors involved literally had a running dialogue regarding their disbelief that Justin was still alive even to the point that some had been placing wagers on timing of eventual life-altering surgeries and Justin’s final demise. Much to our horror, it seems as though Justin’s health journey had become a spectator sport of sorts. He endured reactions to drugs prescribed to control his hypertension that caused several rounds of painful kidney stones and even gall stones, resulting in a large gall stone shredding his gall bladder and ultimately damaging his pancreas. In case you are wondering, we did switch out prescription drugs with nutraceuticals wherever these could be. And yes, type 2 diabetes had now been added to his list of issues. What followed were multiple hospitalizations due to life threatening infections and then a real heart attack. All led back to, and could be linked to, the undiagnosed hernia injury. HEART ATTACK – Justin suffered the heart attack just a few years before the undiagnosed hernia was discovered. It left him with damaged heart function and an enlarged heart. Between type 2 diabetes and uncontrollable hypertension, his heart function had taken a big hit. He was told that he had been stabilized and although the enlargement of his heart was permanent, he could possibly improve heart function with exercise, diet and prescription drugs. When his heart size normalized, his doctor told him it was impossible. He shared that he used the EFS religiously. His doctor told him to keep using it. But, heart function remained less than perfect and remained a complicating factor in his daily life and recovery. BROKEN BACK – So on to the next log on the fire… A little over a year ago in December 2022, Justin slipped and fell backwards, resulting in a T12 50% wedge fracture in his back and two broken ribs. Long story short… Justin commenced to use the EFS for 5 charging sessions after which the T12 50% wedge fracture was healed in less than thirty days. Some might say that the healing was just a coincidence; however, the prognosis of Justin’s neurosurgeon would disagree. The neurosurgeon’s plan expected Justin to be bedridden for 90-days upon which point the neurosurgeon would determine if surgery would be appropriate, which in any case there was no expectation that after 90 days Justin’s back would be fully healed. About 45 days after the injury at Justin’s second appointment with the neurosurgeon, the neurosurgeon immediately doubted the x-rays he was looking at while Justin and I were in his exam room. The neurosurgeon’s doubt was evident since he abruptly walked out of the exam room after his initial viewing of the x-rays. His insistent vocal demands were obviously heard by his staff since we could hear them as well while we were still in his exam room that he must have gotten the x-rays of another patients to review. His staff politely confirmed via the imaging service that the x-rays were of Justin’s back. One x-ray had been taken 3 weeks and five EFS sessions after the first Xray of the injury showing an old, healed fracture of the T12 vertebrae. The other x-ray had been taken 13 days after injury, which was the day following his first appointment with the neurosurgeon, showing Justin’s fractured T12 vertebrae. So, the neurosurgeon realized that at least it wasn’t a dream although he didn’t understand what was going on. In response to his review of the x-rays, the neurosurgeon advised to stop using the back brace. At this point rehab therapy could be done on Justin’s back as soon as Justin’s hernia injury was repaired again, since the 2015 repair surgery had not worked as well as hoped. HEART ISSUES – Around the time of Justin’s back injury, a cardiologist stepped into our world as well to let him know that he had been left in the state of congestive heart failure for nearly a decade. He told him that he did not understand why this had not been treated and that immediate adjustment of medications were needed, followed by surgery to place a stint. He also commented that he was very surprised Justin was still with us. After learning that Justin regularly used the EFS he told him to keep using it. The effects of all of this together, the medication adjustments, surgery and EFS Charging Sessions™ were miraculous. He had on his own already recovered over 20% of his heart pump function before these changes were made. After the surgery, we saw improvements in his health immediately, including relieving his hypertension. Over the next few months, as his blood flow significantly improved, a different Justin emerged. We both truly do not wish anyone to live with heart failure, like he had to. His life was miserable and hung in the balance too many times because of this. No one wants to live through what he lived with. Today, Justin has regained much of his health, despite even the round of Covid in January. Less than two weeks ago, his hernia was finally fully repaired. He will be ready very soon to begin rehab for his back and core. He is doing SO VERY WELL! Between the use of an incredible silver-plated fabric wound dressing (we will share about with you in our next newsletter), and of course the skills of his talented surgeon and EFS Charging Sessions™, in less than 3 days he was off all prescribed pain medication and on the mend. The silver-plated wound dressing helped with relieving pain and gave us both the comfort of knowing he had the added protection from infection it provides. Did I happen to mention that he can soon start rehab for his core and back? He will share his journey with you in future newsletters. Justin is back! He has defied and won against all odds! He credits the EFS for most of his success, but is grateful to Matt, his acupuncturist, along with other healthcare professionals who supported his energy medicine perspectives and integrated this into care procedures with him. Thank you to ALL those talented professionals. He just celebrated his birthday this past weekend. And we just might make our 50th Wedding Anniversary after all…this summer will be our 48th! This newsletter’s topic will share some interesting thoughts and facts about the human body representing the most powerful analog computer on the planet… If not the universe! Cheers! Justin’s Wife, |
